We're a 15-person agency. This is the tool we wished existed.

PepperPlanner is built by Peppernode — a software agency delivering projects for clients across Europe and the US. We tried the popular planners and a long Google Sheet. None of them were quite right, and most were priced like enterprise software for a 200-person consultancy.

So we built our own. It runs our own delivery today. Real-time capacity. Conflict alerts. Reports our PMs actually open. Nothing speculative — every feature came from a problem we hit ourselves.
